As Financial Controller (Network), you'll work closely with senior leaders across the business, helping shape financial strategy, support major investment decisions and drive operational performance. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to significant business transformation programs, including Aurizon's enterprise ERP/SAP implementation, while leading a respected and high performing finance team.
You are a commercially minded finance leader who builds strong relationships and partners effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You combine strategic thinking with sound financial judgement and are comfortable influencing decisions, challenging constructively and driving accountability.
You are motivated by continuous improvement and enjoy identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems and reporting to deliver better business outcomes. With a CPA or CA qualification and proven leadership experience within a large, complex organisation, you bring strong financial and commercial acumen, along with the ability to lead teams through change and transformation.
