Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide General Advice on superannuation, investments, contributions, insurance and retirement planning strategies.
  • Explain complex financial concepts in a clear, practical and engaging manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve member outcomes by connecting members to appropriate solutions, digital tools, education resources and personal advice pathways where suitable.
  • Support members with product applications, insurance quotations and related administrative processes.
  • Deliver strong member outcomes by building trust, encouraging action and supporting informed financial decision making.
  • Manage member follow-up, appointments, opportunities, workflow tasks and CRM records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Respond to escalations, complaints, incidents and risk remediation activities, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Advice, Service, Operations, Risk and other business teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

An excellent opportunity to join the Financial Coaching team, supporting members to make informed decisions about their financial future. Through personalised coaching conversations and evolving digital solutions, you will provide guidance and General Advice, simplify complex financial concepts, help members take meaningful action and connect them with the most appropriate solutions to improve their financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
