Qualifications

• Accounting degree and experience in a financial accounting role.
• Experience preparing reconciliations, journals and reporting schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies with documentation.
• Proficient with financial systems and spreadsheet-based reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records to support reporting.
• Complete regular account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for the CEO.
• Complete month-end activities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Review financial data to identify errors, gaps and items requiring follow-up.
• Maintain clear documentation for accounting entries and financial records.
• Work with all teams to gather financial information and resolve data queries.
