Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the National Accounting Team in Parramatta, NSW. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and commercial support across business units, reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant.

You will partner with operational stakeholders, perform month-end processing, forecasting, and assist with annual plans and budgets within a large national organisation offering development opportunities.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Strong understanding of Australian and International Accounting Standards.
• Experience in a complex business environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end processing and end-to-end reporting for designated units.
• Ensure reporting aligns with corporate deadlines.
• Support fixed assets, banking, leases and hierarchy maintenance.
