About The Role

We’re seeking a Finance Systems Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract to support, enhance, and optimise our global Finance systems, primarily Workday Financials and its integrations across TM1, EPM, Data Warehouse, Payroll, and Blackline. This role plays a key part in driving automation, strengthening controls, enabling accurate and efficient financial operations globally.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide technical and functional support across Workday Financials and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage configuration changes, support scheduled updates and releases and monitor integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows and leverage new system capabilities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver enhancements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and analytics for users.
  • Facilitate testing and training across global business units.
  • Provide system and reporting support for month‑end, year‑end processes and assist with reconciliations, reporting validations, intercompany processes and FX where needed.
  • Uphold data accuracy and reconciliation quality and contribute to audit, compliance, risk management and system governance activities.
  • Maintain process documentation, configuration records and user guides.

  • 3–5 years experience in finance systems and accounting roles with Workday experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with system administration, reporting, and stakeholder support.
  • Excellent communication skilled in stakeholder engagement across multiple regions and business functions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Customer focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail with an understanding of governance, risk, and control frameworks.
