Job summary

KPMG Australia is seeking a Finance Support Team Member to assist with SAP and CRM applications, testing new functionality, and staff training as needed.

You will handle engagement management, myTime, CRM and travel management support, and create general bills for business units. This role suits graduates who can work autonomously and communicate effectively within a collaborative team.

• Exposure to accounting and business systems including SAP preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously.

Job Description

As a Finance Support Team Member, you will provide support for specific KPMG SAP and CRM applications. You will also assist in the testing and delivery of new functionality and processes, together with the training of staff on an as needs basis.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to requests for support relating to engagement management, myTime, CRM and travel management.
• Creating general bills for all business units.
• Maintaining client records as part of the CRM data governance process.
• Performing agreed testing scenarios to support system enhancements.
