Job summary

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a seasoned Finance leader to oversee global financial reporting, cost control, and compliance. You will head Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Business Analysis, aligning with IFRS and local regulations, and collaborating with internal and external auditors.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Chinese, with oversight of site operations and reporting to the corporate HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and auditing.
• Experience with financial and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
