Job description

ain Duties & Responsibilities:

1. General Accounting and period-end closing

Percent of time spent in this area: 20%

• Analyze and compare period end balances before closing
• Ensure accruals, prepayments and adjustments are booked before closing

2. Account Analysis and Issue Resolution

Percent of time spent in this area: 30%

• Prepare a comprehensive FS and/or management reporting package and schedules to be submitted on a timely basis
• Identify outstanding balances and issues and coordinate with the stakeholders for issue resolution

3. Financial Statement preparation and audit management

Percent of time spent in this area: 20%

• Preparation and coordination with responsible teams to submit the documents required by the internal and external audit
• Preparation of the financial statement or reports as required by the auditors or management

4. Tax compliance and monitoring

Percent of time spent in this area: 20%

• Monitor regulatory compliance of assigned companies in collaboration with the Group Tax
• Handle filings of licenses, fees and taxes as required
• Prepare reports that may be required by the governing bodies

5. Project base and adhoc activities

Percent of time spent in this area: 10%

• Pro-active participation in any finance transformation projects
• Support the SSC Operations Manager on assigned activities that will require his expertise
