Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, business, commerce or accounting.
• Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant qualification.
• Strong financial expertise across planning, reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across technology services.
• Provide financial advice and manage reporting to help leaders make sound business decisions.
• Improve financial processes and systems to strengthen reporting, controls and efficiency.
• Develop governance, policies and procedures that support financial compliance and sound operations.
• Ensure activities meet legislative and departmental requirements, including the Financial Management Act 1994.
