Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for the company.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and cashflow reports.
• Assist with payroll preparation for compliance.
• Coordinate BAS, IAS, and PAYG lodgements.

Skills

Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial operations

Strong understanding of Australian GST, PAYG, and superannuation

Familiarity with Odoo accounting software

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
