Job summary

HBF Health Limited in Perth seeks a Finance Manager - Wellness to lead financial operations across the Wellness portfolio, including Life Ready and subsidiaries. You will provide robust financial leadership, insights and reporting to enable strategic decision-making.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance, ensure compliance and deliver process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in financial services, including banking or insurance, ideally within an APRA regulated environment.
• Strong operational finance and accounting experience, ideally within a complex or multi-entity environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading finance teams and delivering high-quality reporting, compliance and control outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Wellness Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the Wellness portfolio, including Life Ready and other subsidiary businesses.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis and insights to support business performance and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory obligations, governance requirements and internal controls.
• Partner with operational and senior leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks and support strategic initiatives.
• Drive finance process improvements, strengthen reporting capabilities and enhance operational efficiency across the Wellness business.
