Shalom College is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the role of Finance Manager. This is a full-time continuing position for 38 hpw, for commencement in February 2026 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Finance Manager oversees the financial responsibilities of the college and provides strategic planning and advice to the Principal and Leadership team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering sound financial stewardship practices that enhance opportunities for students within the college. Candidates will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education, exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and a genuine willingness to support students, staff, and families across the school community. A tertiary qualification at degree level relevant to the role along with demonstrated proficiency in accounting systems and the Microsoft Office suite is required. Prior experience in a comparable role within an educational environment will be highly regarded.
