A leading construction company is seeking a Finance Manager in North Canberra. You'll be responsible for financial reporting and managing compliance in a dynamic environment. Ideal applicants will have a CA or CPA, two to three years of experience, and strong communication skills. This full-time role offers a salary from $140-150K plus potential bonuses and free onsite parking.

Headquartered in Braddon and continuing to expand interstate, Construction Control is experiencing significant growth. With a very healthy pipeline and revenues set to climb further, this is a newly created role in a commercial environment where your work will have a direct and visible impact. Their portfolio includes public sector buildings, commercial facilities, educational institutions, leading retail centres and large‑scale residential developments.
This full‑time, office‑based role (with free parking) is part of a friendly and supportive finance team known for their long tenure and strong collaboration. The company has a proud history of internal progression, with many corporate team members promoted from within.
Reporting to a highly experienced Financial Controller, you will have broad responsibility across financial reporting, taxation compliance, cash flow oversight and leadership of a small transactional finance team.
You will business partner to provide timely and accurate information to support decision making and contribute to the financial performance of major construction projects across key sectors.
You will be supported through a comprehensive onboarding period, with an expectation that it will take up to twelve months to delve into the business drivers and fully settle into the role. The business is committed to developing talent and fostering career growth.
