Job summary

Allura Partners is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Manly with hybrid work arrangements. You will oversee financial operations, payroll, and finance business partnering, reporting to the Head of Finance and collaborating with General Managers and cost centre managers.

The role covers month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, grant acquittals and statutory reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
• Experience in a Finance Manager or similar in a complex organisation.
• Strong track record in reporting, month-end, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and compliance.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables) and experience with financial management systems.
• Confident stakeholder skills, comfortable advising at all levels.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering financial operations, payroll oversight and finance business partnering. You'll work closely with General Managers, Executive leaders and cost centre managers, providing reporting, forecasting and analysis that genuinely shapes decision making across the organisation.
