Job summary

Integria Healthcare Limited seeks a financially astute leader to take responsibility for financial accounting, reporting, compliance and governance across the business. You will lead a capable finance team, ensure data integrity and deliver timely consolidated reports to support strategic decisions.

You'll oversee statutory reporting, external audits and regulatory obligations for AU/NZ entities, drive continuous improvement through automation and AI, and foster a high-performing team focused on

Qualifications

• Must hold CA/CPA or internationally recognised equivalent accounting qualification.
• Experience leading financial accounting and reporting within a complex/global business.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial acumen.
• Proven experience with statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Strong cash flow management, working capital and financial controls.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting, compliance and governance across the business.
• Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial and management reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring strong controls, compliance and financial accuracy.
• Manage statutory reporting requirements, external audits, tax compliance and regulatory obligations for Australia and New Zealand entities.
• Oversee payroll governance and compliance with related legislation and taxation requirements.
• Drive effective working capital management, including short-term cash flow forecasting and cash controls.
• Lead the annual insurance renewal process and coordinate external audit activities across the finance function.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, improve reporting quality and increase efficiency.
• Leverage emerging technologies, automation and AI solutions to enhance finance operations and reporting capabilities.
• Support the Head of Finance in delivering projects that strengthen governance, improve performance and enable future growth.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
