Job summary

Expert360 is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support a large-scale ASX 100 enterprise via a top-tier consulting client. The role combines commercial finance, FP&A and business partnering across categories and operations, with a strong emphasis on store/P&L performance and forecasting.

You’ll collaborate with commercial, category and operational teams to drive financial performance, improve reporting quality and guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong retail industry experience is essential.
• Commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering background.
• P&L, forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting capability.
• CA or CPA preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel and systems capability (ERP, planning and reporting tools).

• Commercial acumen around category and store performance, pricing, trade spend, promotions and margin
• Comfortable partnering sales, category, merchandise and operations teams
• Strong Excel and systems capability (ERP, planning and reporting tools)
