Job summary

BINGO is a rapidly evolving recycling and resource management company seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team at Sydney Olympic Park. You will deliver financial and performance analysis supporting operations across NSW, VIC and QLD to drive data-driven decisions.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll contribute to monthly reporting, forecasting, and business insights, partnering with stakeholders to improve results and enable strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified, with CA or CPA qualifications.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and complex modelling.
• Experience using Power BI to develop insights and reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to meet competing deadlines.
• Exposure to waste, recycling, infrastructure or related industries will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reporting, providing insights against business targets.
• Support month-end reporting, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to explain performance against budget and forecast.
• Build and maintain financial models for business cases, tenders and investment decisions.
• Support annual pricing reviews through analysis and modelling.
• Prepare external and regulatory reporting as required.
• Analyse stockpile movements and monitor performance against site limits.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across reporting and analysis activities.

About the Role

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll support the Group's FP&A Business Partners by delivering performance reporting, financial analysis, forecasting support and business insights.
