Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to partner with business leaders, deliver complex analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting processes. You will turn financial data into actionable insights across a diverse operational environment and drive improvements in reporting and data quality.

The role offers exposure to an SAP transformation program and broad finance partnering responsibilities within a supportive Commercial Finance team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A or similar.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, supply chain or inventory-intensive environments.
• Strong ability to interpret data and communicate financial insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, performance reporting and decision support.
• Own forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting with clear drivers of performance.
• Support annual financial planning, budgeting and identification of key risks and opportunities.
• Analyse financial and operational performance and provide practical insights to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement to improve financial insight, data quality and reporting processes.
