Job summary

West Moreton Health is seeking a Finance Business Partnering role to support the Manager and Senior Partners with financial insights and analysis across the West Moreton Health divisions.

The role focuses on management reporting, performance insights, costing, and funding models, enabling strategic decision-making and strong financial governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business partnering, performance reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting in a large healthcare organisation.
• Advanced use of enterprise financial systems (DSS Necto, BPT, S/4HANA) and MS Office for management accounting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills to manage heavy workloads and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and influencing financial decisions.

About The Role

This position provides support to the Manager Finance Business Partnering and Senior Finance Business Partners in the provision of business partnering, including financial insights, analysis and advice to the Divisions within West Moreton Health. This role supports financial leadership and provides advice and business analysis in matters relating to all financial, service costing, system development and funding models. This role also provides periodic financial management and performance reporting support.

About You

• Ability to contribute to the effective delivery of business partnering, performance reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting functions in large healthcare organisation.
• Highly developed skills and practical expertise in contemporary enterprise-wide financial management applications (e.g. DSS Necto, BPT and S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office applications relevant to management accounting functions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver on agreed goals and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload, with competing priorities, to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and negotiation and influencing skills to ensure effective financial management.

Mandatory Requirements

• This position may be required to work across the various facilities throughout the West Moreton Health.
