Job summary

Love numbers is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, strategic support, and commercial guidance to operational leaders across a diverse and purpose-driven business in the NT.

You will partner directly with department heads to drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, while managing and reporting on government-funded programs. The role emphasizes influential financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualified (or nearing completion).
• 3+ years' experience in management accounting, business partnering, or a similar finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Experience working with government funding and grants is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solutions-focused with a proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support the management and reporting of Government funding.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide commercial advice to leaders.
• Assist with project accounting, tenders, business cases, and new initiatives.
• Present financial insights and help drive informed business decisions.
• Support continuous improvement and champion best-practice financial processes.
