Job summary

u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner for a 3+ month contract in Melbourne. You will partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Ideal candidates have CA/CPA, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, ERP experience (Dynamics 365/Workday) and a commercial mindset to translate data into actionable insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification and relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Proven Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial, analytical and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
• Experience in health, education or not-for-profit environments highly regarded; exposure to Dynamics 365, Business Central or Workday Adaptive Planning advantageous.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager – Finance, you will partner closely with senior leaders and business units to provide meaningful financial insight, challenge thinking and drive accountability across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business performance.
