Job summary

RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an Assistant Business Analyst in Brisbane to support the Finance Business Partnering team with management reporting, financial analysis and modelling. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and exposure to ongoing process improvements within a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of financial experience, a commerce degree, and be working toward CA/CPA qualification, with strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive financial experience.
• Degree in commerce (or similar) and working towards CA or CPA is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support regular finance processes including month end procedures and general ledger maintenance.
• Perform variance analysis to review performance and trends.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes and tender/ project profitability analysis.
