Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Finance Analyst on a fixed-term basis to provide analytical support across the Finance team, contributing to reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost centre management and delivering insights to inform commercial decisions.

The role partners with FBPs to track expenditures, supports month-end processes and scenario analysis, and aims to automate recurring reporting using BI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in a Finance Analyst or similar role.
• Towards CA/CPA/CIMA qualification with proactive, collaborative approach.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to build financial models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and management reporting, variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Support budget and forecast cycles through model preparation, consolidation and scenario analysis.
• Partner with FBPs to track, reconcile and allocate expenditure to the GL.
• Provide analytical support for business cases, investment decisions and cost optimisations.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and translate data into insights.
• Improve recurring reporting and analysis through automation and BI tools.
