Your opportunity

Step into a dynamic role as a Finance Analyst within our Operations Finance team, where you'll collaborate closely with Customer Experience operational teams to oversee controllable income and expenditure across our Living Centres. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Operations Finance, you’ll be instrumental in driving Net Operating Income (NOI) performance, delivering actionable insights, and cultivating commercial expertise to become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and delivering actionable insights that drive performance.
  • Manage controllable income and expense positions, providing analysis to maximise net operating income.
  • Prepare and present finance lifecycle reviews, including month‑end, forecasts, budgets, year‑end, and audit.
  • Support asset teams in understanding key NOI drivers and improving financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Centre Managers, Asset Teams, and Finance peers to deliver accurate reporting and commercial insights.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to challenge existing processes and drive efficiency.

This role is permanent, full-time.
