Job summary

DRiV in Adelaide is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the local Finance team in Clovelly Park. The role offers exposure across financial reporting, compliance, inventory management, AR/AP, audit support and business operations to build a strong foundation for a finance career.

You will work with the Finance Manager ANZ to support day-to-day financial performance and develop technical and commercial skills, with growth into broader finance responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Analytical and detail-oriented finance professional.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel required.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years in accounting/finance or strong graduate experience.
• Progress toward CPA/CA/CIMA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collections and customer reconciliations.
• Build relationships with customers and provide proof of delivery where needed.
• Support accounts payable activities, supplier reconciliations and payments.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting.
• Assist with BAS, FBT and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Support annual audit and tax preparation activities.
• Oversee inventory ledger reporting and stock analysis.
• Process warranty claims and stock return credits; assist with stocktakes.
• Identify process improvements across the finance function.

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Finance Analyst to join our Adelaide Finance team at Clovelly Park.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career finance professional who wants more than a traditional accounting role. You'll gain hands-on exposure across financial reporting, compliance, inventory management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit support, and business operations, providing a strong foundation for a successful finance career.

Working closely with the Finance Manager ANZ, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial performance of the business while developing valuable technical and commercial skills. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing accounts receivable collections and customer account reconciliations
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing proof of delivery documentation where required
• Supporting accounts payable activities, supplier reconciliations and payment processing
• Preparing monthly account reconciliations and assisting with month-end reporting
• Assisting with BAS, FBT and other statutory compliance requirements
• Supporting annual audit and tax preparation activities
• Managing inventory ledger reporting, including excess and obsolete stock analysis
• Processing warranty claims and stock return credits
• Assisting with annual stocktakes and inventory controls
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies across the finance function

About You

You are analytical, detail-oriented and eager to build a career in finance. You enjoy solving problems, working with data and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• SAP experience
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 1-2 years' experience in an accounting or finance role (or strong relevant graduate experience)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
• Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded due to interactions with regional stakeholders and suppliers.
• Progress towards CPA, CA or CIMA qualifications will be highly regarded
