Job summary

ChoiceOne in Fremantle, WA, seeks an experienced Final Trim Operator for an immediate start on a 10-12 week temp-to-perm basis with view to long-term permanent employment. You will handle residential earthmoving tasks with precision, including trimming house pads and car parks, using laser levels and reading plans.

Hours are 6:00am arrival, 6:20am start, Mon-Fri about 55 hours/week with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong Final Trim experience.
• Confident using laser levels.
• Able to read plans and set out house pads.
• MR or HR Licence.
• Well presented and professional.

The Role:

You will be working across residential and small commercial projects, with a strong focus on precision and Final Trim, including:

• Final trimming house pads to10mm

• Trimming sand and car parks to approximately5mm

• Working with road base and limestone

• Reading house and commercial plans

• Using laser levels

• Setting out house pads

• Completing machinery pre-starts and following daily site instructions

Subdivision, roadway and general civil experience alone will not be suitable, this role specifically requires residential earthmoving or concrete experience.
