Job summary

Curtis Coast Excavators is seeking an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator to join our Gladstone team on a full-time basis. You will operate excavator machinery to finish sites with precision, focusing on final trimming, grading and landscaping to meet project specs.

With 5+ years of on-site experience and formal qualifications in plant operations or civil construction, you will work safely, coordinate with project managers and trades, and help uphold high quality finishes across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator on construction sites.
• Formal qualifications in plant operations, civil construction or related discipline.
• Strong spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Skilfully operate excavator machinery to perform final trimming and finishing work on construction sites.
• Carry out precise grading, levelling and landscaping tasks to exacting standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to complete tasks on time and to specification.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on assigned equipment.
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations.
