Aufgaben

• Attend weekly Marketing and Publicity team Works In Progress (WIPs).
• Sign up to and review daily Social Diary EDM for new database contacts and for new product launches, publicity opportunities, updated contacts and report key headlines weekly.
• Creation of publicity post screening event reports.
• Collate review links for global reports on opening day.
• Collate screening reactions for global reports and pull quotes for opening day review reports.
• Central Diary booking management.
• General Administrative assistance as required.
• Updating Media examples database.
• Pitching of targeted grassroots promotions for film releases.
