Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a FIFO Hospitality All-rounder on a casual roster for sites across Western Australia. The role offers a daily pay rate of $458.53 (casual loading included) plus super.

Accommodation, meals, and travel from Perth are provided, with a swing pattern on 12-hour shifts and on-site living. Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Australia, be able to pass a pre-employment medical with drug/alcohol screening, obtain a national police clearance, RSA and

FIFO Hospitality All-rounder - Casual

Daily pay rate: $458.53 (Casual Loading included) + Plus Superannuation

• Flexible Roster with Travel included from Perth covered.

THE POSITION:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening
• Provide updated national police clearance, Full Driver's Licence, RSA and White Card
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
• Comfortable flying to the site for swings on a 12-hour shift
• Flying out only from Perth Airport, to support village accommodation across multiple villages in Western Australia

THE PERSON:

• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, as well as a national police clearance.
• Be prepared to work on a FIFO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments.
• Able to quickly adjust to new environments, schedules, and team dynamics.
• Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience.
• Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded.
• Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the work environment.
