Hughes Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a FIFO crew across client mine sites in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the Goldfields. You will manage on-site scopes from mobilisation through handover, ensuring safety and quality with the support of the Kalgoorlie workshop.

The role reports to the Projects Manager and Managing Director, with a strong pipeline of SMP projects and long-term stability. A focused leader with Site QA/QC and team mentoring will thrive here.

Formación

• Trade qualification required.
• 3–5 years' supervisory experience on mine sites or construction environments.
• Current white card and high-risk licences (LF/EWP) preferred;Section 26 certification advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and supervise site works to deliver scopes safely, on time and on budget.
• Lead your crew on site, including tradespersons, leading hands and trade assistants.
• Oversee WHS inductions, permits to work, JHAs/SWMS, pre-starts and toolbox talks.
• Maintain QA/QC through ITPs, NCRs and handover documentation.
• Liaise with client reps on progress and scope changes.
• Generate daily reports, timesheets and variations with the Projects team.
• Coordinate resources, materials and subcontractors ahead of each swing.
• Support Kalgoorlie workshop with fabrication and QA/QC as required.
• Step in on tools when operation requires.
