Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking an Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolder to join our team for our FIFO client located in the Northern Territory. The role involves assembling, maintaining, and inspecting scaffolding structures to ensure safety and compliance on site.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with trades, and maintain records while adhering to safety protocols. The position offers a FIFO roster with 13 days on, 8 days off and a flat hourly rate between $55.13 and $57.88, with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' demonstrated Tube & Clip scaffolding experience.
• High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding (SI or SA).
• High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform over 11m (WP).
• Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets (current within 2 years).
• Have full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and safety guidelines to ensure scaffold stability and load-bearing capacity.
• Inspect scaffolding regularly to confirm safety standards and report any hazards or damages.
• Coordinate with other trades and site personnel to ensure smooth project flow and safe working conditions.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding structures, inspections, and any necessary adjustments.
