Sure People Solutions is seeking skilled riggers for shutdown projects across the Pilbara. Join a leading lifting and transport specialist and work on major lifts, specialised transport and complex shutdowns where safety and precision are central. Top-tier hourly rates from $66 to $76 per hour, plus overtime and allowances. You will rig, sling and position loads to approved lift plans, inspect rigging gear, perform pre-starts and JSAs, and

Qualifications

• Rigging experience in mining with at least 2 consecutive years.
• RI or RA High Risk Work Licence
• Current Working at Heights
• Construction White Card
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
• Strong communication and situational awareness
• Pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen

Responsibilities

• Rigging for heavy lift and transport operations during shutdowns.
• Slinging, signalling and positioning loads to approved lift plans.
• Supporting crane, transport and hydraulic equipment operations.
• Inspecting rigging gear and completing pre-starts and JSAs.
• Working as part of a tight crew to deliver work safely and on schedule

What You'll Be Doing

• Rigging for heavy lift and transport operations during shutdowns

What You'll Need

• RI (Rigger Intermediate) or RA (Rigger Advance) High Risk Work Licence
• Proven rigging experience in mining with a minimum of 2 consecutive years.
• Basic hydraulics and mechanical knowledge
• Current Working at Heights
• Construction White Card
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

Highly regarded: Pilbara site experience, current mine inductions, EWP (WP), HR/MR licence, and heavy lift or engineered transport experience.
