Job summary

Techforce Personnel is seeking Excavator and Grader Operators for long-term, FIFO positions in South Australia. Roles cover final trim operations on CAT and Hitachi machinery, with multi-skilled operators preferred. 12-hour shifts, travel and accommodation included, and a pathway to permanent employment after four months.

SA-based candidates only. This project offers strong safety culture and opportunities across multiple sites nationwide, with potential relocation for NSW projects.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence (essential).
• Nationally accredited plant tickets (desirable).
• GPS experience (desirable - essential for grader operator).
• Police Check NPC.
• SA based candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators or graders on civil/mining sites as required.
• Work on a 12-hour FIFO roster with travel and accommodation provided.
• Support multiple projects across SA and potentially NSW.
• Adhere to safety standards and company culture.
