Job summary

Yurra Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking trade-qualified Electricians for camp refurbishment and Wickham Housing Refurb projects in the Pilbara. Roles can be casual or full-time, with FIFO from Perth or residential options.

Roster is 8 days on, 6 days off, with potential for extension and transfer to other projects. The position requires WA Electrical License, White Card, and C Class unrestricted license; RTIO/Sodexo inductions are preferred.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical License required.
• C Class Unrestricted Driver’s License.
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Read and interpret electrical plans and schematics.
• AS/NZ 3000:2018 and WAER 2023 knowledge.
• RTIO and Sodexo inductions completed or willing to complete.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Respect for Indigenous culture and values.
• Fit tested for respirator use.
• Desirable: Cert II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems.
• Desirable: Electrical Nominee; Working at Heights.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment on site.
• Read and interpret electrical plans and schematics.
• Conduct testing, fault finding, and diagnostics.
• Ensure safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and trades to meet deadlines.
