Job summary

Engineering Trades Australia is seeking experienced Electricians for upcoming FIFO project work commencing throughout August on major mining sites in Western Australia. You will work on electrical installations, plant upgrades and decommissioning on fixed plant projects, with a competitive pay rate and ongoing opportunities.

The role offers a 2/1 FIFO roster, 12-hour day shifts, weekly pay and potential project incentives on selected projects.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Licence is required.
• Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• CPR/LVR certification is required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Working at Heights competency is required.
• HRWL certification is required.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Previous mining, industrial or construction experience is preferred.
• Instrumentation and Hazardous Area experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installations on fixed plant and upgrades.
• MCC installation and terminations.
• Cable pulling and equipment installations.
• Motor, instrument and electrical testing.
• Electrical isolations and equipment disconnections.
• Hazardous Area work.
• Operate in active mining/processing environments.
