Job summary

RSGx is seeking two experienced Electrical Project Engineers to join a major heavy industrial project in Western Australia. You will work on a large-scale program with a strong focus on delivery, engineering support and site coordination.

The role offers a 2:1 FIFO roster with 11‑hour days and a total package including base salary of $160k plus 30% site uplift. You will collaborate with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer.
• Experience on major construction/mining/oil & gas/heavy industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and construction environments.
• Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a FIFO site environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and project delivery.
