Job summary

Leidos Australia is recruiting a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to join our Engineering team on a FIFO roster operating 20 days on/20 days off. You will perform heavy and line maintenance on DHC8 Classic aircraft, ensuring all tasks meet MOE and CAMO requirements.

The role emphasizes safety as a core value, with responsibility for shift handovers and completion of Critical Maintenance Tasks prior to CRS issue. Full Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• LAME license in B1 or B2 class is required.
• Significant heavy and line maintenance experience.
• DHC8 Classic type rating is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
• Ensure all aircraft maintenance, documentation and certification are completed per MOE and CAMO requirements.
• Prioritize safety and contribute to a zero-harm environment through active participation in safety programs.
• Perform, implement and maintain shift/task handovers.
• Ensure Critical Maintenance Tasks are completed with applicable control procedures prior to CRS issue.
