Job summary

Cotton On Australia is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser for NSW, including Burwood region. You will maintain VM standards, strengthen brand identity, and drive commercial outcomes across multiple stores.

You will lead hands-on VM execution, deliver compelling styling, and coach store teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and optimal product presentation. This role requires collaborative partnership with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards to strengthen brand identity and support commercial goals
• Lead hands-on implementation and coach teams to drive consistency and create inspiring customer journeys
• Implement and maintain best-in-class VM standards to hero products and captivate customers
• Deliver compelling storytelling and outfit styling to communicate big ideas
• Ensure sightlines and fixture flow enhance the customer journey and maximise performance
• Support trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations
• Adapt visual direction to store needs while staying true to brand DNA
• Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact
• Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards
• Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions
