Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a Surveyor's Assistant to support engineers and surveyors in field and office tasks that help plan, design and maintain community infrastructure. You will collect survey data, undertake site inspections, locate underground services and contribute to traffic data collection and records for projects across Blacktown.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field surveys and site inspections.
• Set out construction works and pedestrian crossings as needed.
• Conduct traffic data collection, radar speed counts, and program counters.
• Take photographs and assist with reports and records.
