Qualifications

• Customer and patient-first mindset.

• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within your state at short notice.
• Competent using hand and power tools with strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on Stryker medical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues onsite and remotely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff.
• Support customers across hospitals and surgical facilities.
• Ensure service activities meet ISO 13485 quality and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, spare parts, and service documentation accurately.
• Meet KPIs related to responsiveness, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
