Job summary

Adaptalift Group, a major national JCB dealer in Australia, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Seven Hills team. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on breakdown support, diagnostics, servicing, and preventive maintenance across JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment.

Approximately 90% of time is spent in the field, servicing customers with a fully maintained vehicle, modern tooling, and national support.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• Experience with heavy commercial vehicles, mobile plant, construction or related equipment is essential.
• Experience with diagnostics and fault-finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in the field.
• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Carry out component replacements and repairs as required.
• Work closely with customers to deliver safe, professional service.
• Collaborate with technical teams on complex repairs and diagnostics.
