Job summary

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is seeking a Field Service Fitter for our Perth team. You will diagnose, maintain and repair Hitachi earthmoving equipment, including major shutdowns and new builds for mining assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Heavy Rigid licence highly regarded.
• Experience with heavy diesel mechanics and field service fitting on OEM equipment.
• Knowledge of BELL Equipment diagnosis advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair Hitachi earthmoving equipment including major shutdowns.
• Perform new equipment builds for mining assets.
• Deliver quality customer outcomes through diagnostic and repair work.
• Plan and execute service fronts efficiently on-site.
