Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair equipment in-house and on-site as required.
• Respond to requests for emergency repairs and provide standby support 24/7.
• Liaise with technical staff to maintain, service and repair equipment.
• Undertake and provide training and technical support for customer staff.
• Prepare detailed reports on tests carried out on units.
