Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Sydney team, supporting a broad portfolio of medical technology. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance and repair at customer sites with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient outcomes.

You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing service group, traveling primarily within the Sydney metro area with occasional interstate travel and New Zealand depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, technically minded with strong problem solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment in the field.
• Willingness to travel within Sydney metro and occasional interstate travel.

What you'll bring

You might be an experienced Field Service Engineer, come from a trade, defence, automotive or manufacturing background, or simply be someone who's always been hands‑on and technically minded. Maybe you've spent years troubleshooting equipment, maintaining machinery, building things, or restoring cars in your spare time.

What matters most is that you're curious, practical, enjoy solving problems, and thrive as part of a team.

You'll also bring:
