Job summary

Device Technologies Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair endoscopy equipment, medical laser systems and UV sterilisation units across customer sites.

You will provide on-site and remote support to ensure safety, performance and regulatory compliance, and support product upgrades, preventative maintenance and customer training, coordinating with clinical staff and internal teams to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a service, operations, or customer-focused environment.
• Experience dealing directly with customers and resolving issues to a high standard.
• Track record of meeting performance targets, KPIs, or service level agreements.
• Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.

The opportunity…

The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of endoscopy equipment, medical laser systems and ultraviolet light sterilisation units. This role provides on-site and remote technical support to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Service Engineer also supports product upgrades, preventative maintenance, customer training, and documentation, working closely with clinical staff and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and minimize equipment downtime
