Job summary

nbn is seeking a Field Safety and Quality Specialist based in the Adelaide Metro area. You will conduct front-line safety assurance activities and physical quality inspections on nbn workers and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and taking corrective actions for non-compliance.

You will provide input to enhance safe working practices, coach DP crews, and contribute to continuous improvement across fibre and wireless technologies in our nationwide network build.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil or Telecommunications Field Operations.
• Knowledge of HFC and fibre technologies and installation processes.
• Ability to engage customers and stakeholders with technical or construction briefings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct front-line safety assurance activities and physical quality inspections on nbn workers and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and rectify non-compliance with nbn standards.
• Provide input and recommendations to enhance safe working practices and quality processes.
