About the Role

We're looking for a Casual Field Representative to join the Retail Select Team and provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at the Bunnings store in Waurn Ponds / Geelong area. You will work with our products across Dulux and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed both from your leaders and your colleagues.

The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to a specific service level agreement and to support, train and deliver in-store projects. You will be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.

This is a casual role offering flexibility to choose your own start times and work days. The ideal candidate will be flexible and mobile with the capacity to travel to various Bunnings stores surrounding the Geelong area.

Please note: Due to the nature of merchandising this position can be somewhat physically challenging from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
• Ordering merchandising and stock presentation (including manual handling)
• Maintaining in-store displays
• Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
• Assisting with major planogram initiatives

• Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
