Qualifications

• Hands-on testing of machine control systems on heavy machinery.
• Experience with field testing and real-world validation.
• Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, qTest) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy for machine control systems across heavy civil equipment.
• Execute field tests and manage coverage planning from start to release sign-off.
• Lead defect investigations across hardware and software.
• Provide guidance to engineers and drive defect resolution.
• Perform machine performance validation in real-world conditions.
• Build and maintain test infrastructure including cabling and equipment.
