Job summary

UGL is embedded with Endeavour Energy in Western Sydney, delivering a portfolio of electrical maintenance and network delivery projects. As Project Manager, you will build strong relationships with Endeavour stakeholders, scope opportunities, price work and coordinate delivery across Western Sydney and regional NSW.

You will lead planning, mobilise resources and ensure projects are delivered safely and profitably.

Qualifications

Experience managing projects within utilities, electrical infrastructure, network services or similar contractor environments.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with clients.
Experience scoping, estimating and pricing project work.
Project commercials experience including cost control and profitability.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with Endeavour Energy stakeholders as the day-to-day project lead.
Identify, scope, estimate and price work opportunities for delivery.
Develop project plans, schedules and resource forecasts to ensure proper resourcing.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials while managing the crew.
Monitor costs, risks and milestones to ensure safe, efficient delivery and client satisfaction.
