Job summary

Eaton seeks a Commissioning Manager / Field Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects, owning site-based project execution and guiding multidisciplinary teams from installation through handover.

You will drive project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and oversee commissioning activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across customers and environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure, commissioning, construction, or critical power projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop delivery, installation, commissioning, and resource plans to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and delivery milestones.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide leadership across complex project environments.
• Drive safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.
